Ticket & Cancellation & Change

All reservations made on our website or through our travel consultants are subject to the rules and regulations stipulated by the newly enacted Turkish Travel Agencies and Consumer Protection Laws to meet the standards of the European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation on our site or through our sales representatives. For our services where more than 1 person will attend, it is sufficient for one person to make a reservation. The number of adults is written in accordance with your reservation on the ticket that we will deliver to you before the service you will receive.


When making a reservation on our site, you can pay by credit card. An email will be sent to you that your reservation has been processed. A team member who contacts you will mutually confirm your reservation.

Booking Confirmation & Ticket

When you make a reservation on our site, a reservation confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to your e-mail address that shows the payment information and the details of your reservation. If you do not receive the email or you think it is incorrect, please contact us. If you are in Cappadocia, your ticket will be brought to your hotel.

Reservation Changes

In case of cancellations and changes due to unplanned problems, reserves the right to cancel and change and makes every effort to inform you at least 1 day in advance. Tour changes made by you are subject to availability.

Cancellations Made by Us

In case of tour cancellations made by us due to force majeure, our company will refund you the entire price.

Cancellations Made by You

Services that have been booked and paid for can be canceled up to 15 days before the relevant service date. In this case, 90% of the total payment is refunded due to the costs arising from banking transactions and personnel costs. For cancellations between 15 and 7 days, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. No refunds will be made if less than 7 days are left. Cancellation requests must be made by the person who made the reservation by contacting our company. 3. Persons cannot request cancellation.
